1200 sq. ft., within our gated compound. Bays have lockable 20 ft. rolling door access, insulated roof, separate man door access, and single phase 8 kilowatt power on a 40amp breaker. Comes with one parking spot in a designated area. 24/7 access with gate key available on request.
Enclosed Area
9000 sq. ft., insulated open space with 40 ft. ceilings, and access through a 30 ft. rolling door.
Covered Area
3600 sq. ft. open plan with 40 ft. ceilings
Open Area
Over 75,000 sq. ft. of a combination of paved, concrete and road base surfaced open area.
Boats or RVs
Outdoor Undercover Boat and RV storage
Sea to Sky Storage works closely with Ocean Marine adding a service to maintain your stored boat or RV.
All boats and R.V’s must be insured and carry liability insurance. All boat trailers must be licensed. Registration and proof of insurance, must be presented at the time of sign-in.
Sea to Sky Storage is equipped with 24/7 secure video surveillance, ensuring constant monitoring of the entire facility for your peace of mind.

Insurance
Sea to Sky Storage does not provide insurance for goods and items stored at our location.
Most homeowners and tenants package policies do not provide insurance coverage at additional locations, leased or rented. We suggest you check with your insurance company to see if you have the appropriate insurance that covers your belongings while they are being stored at our storage facility.
Insurance is your responsibility and your obligation to maintain it.
